Customer Service Skills - The degree to which candidates can be expected to be courteous, cooperative, attentive and friendly to customers, coworkers and supervisors.
Work Skills - The degree to which a candidate can be expected to be reliable and conscientious, all while working under pressure.
Telephone Manner Skills - The degree
to which a candidate can be expected to use professional language, be courteous and demonstrate proper telephone etiquette.
Problem Solving Skills - The degree
to which a candidate can be expected to assess customer needs, use of logical thought process and provide solutions.
We take it a step further and conduct a Role Play.
Role Play Test - For Customer Service, Collections & Sales are performed to check candidate abilities in an actual role-play situation, this allows us to measure how a candidate will perform during an actual call. This test has been proven to predict job performance to a certainty.
Hard skills such as office software's are evaluated.
Bilingual Evaluations are administered both in Written and Verbal. Written Skills are test by a number of Translations. Verbal Communication is tested by one of our Bilingual Recruitment Consultant.
A Candidate profile is created consisting of the assessment scores which you will receive from your Client Manager.
