Detailed Interviews.
Topnotch will ensure your company receives highly qualified candidates. Each candidate first meets with one of our experienced recruiting consultant who conducts an extensive interview with each applicant using behavioral evaluation techniques. The extra time is taken to learn an individual's aspirations, skill level, past experiences, preferred work environment and location, etc., enabling them to place the candidate in a position best suited.
Assessment.
Next our candidates are tested on our TopQwiz. Checking Customer Service, Work Skills, Telephone Manner and Problem Solving Skills.
Customer Service Skills - The degree to which candidates can be expected to be courteous, cooperative, attentive and friendly to customers, coworkers and supervisors.
Work Skills - The degree to which a candidate can be expected to be reliable and conscientious, all while working under pressure. Telephone Manner Skills - The degree
to which a candidate can be expected to use professional language, be courteous and demonstrate proper telephone etiquette. Problem Solving Skills - The degree
to which a candidate can be expected to assess customer needs, use of logical thought process and provide solutions. We take it a step further and conduct a Role Play.
Role Play Test - For Customer Service, Collections & Sales are performed to check candidate abilities in an actual role-play situation, this allows us to measure how a candidate will perform during an actual call. This test has been proven to predict job performance to a certainty.
Hard skills such as office software's are evaluated.
Bilingual Evaluations are administered both in Written and Verbal. Written Skills are test by a number of Translations. Verbal Communication is tested by one of our Bilingual Recruitment Consultant.
A Candidate profile is created consisting of the assessment scores which you will receive from your Client Manager.
