Work Skills - The degree to which a candidate can be expected to be reliable and conscientious, all while working under pressure.
Role Play Test for Customer Service, Collections & Sales are performed to check candidate abilities in an actual role-play situation, this allows us to measure how a candidate will perform during an actual call. This test has been proven to predict job performance to a certainty.
Hard skills like office software or typing are evaluated.
Bilingual Evaluations are administered both in Written and Verbal. Written Skills are test by a number of Translations. Verbal Communication is tested by one of our Bilingual Recruitment Consultant.
The Candidate profile is further enhanced with Reference Checks.
